Introduction

Head Chef of our sister hotel Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds, Matthew Cuthbert (formerly of Marco Pierre White and Heston Blumenthal), oversaw the development of our All Day Menu.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the brasserie style menu offers classic, seasonal dishes such as Moules marinières,  Entecôte & chips and Duck confit; alongside a wide selection of snacks, soups, salads and sandwiches.

The All Day Menu is available in the Great Room and the Bar.
